1. How much is the wholesale price?

The wholesale price is definitely lower than the displayed price. We welcome your inquiries, as our wholesale pricing depends on the quantity, length of partnership, and any customization needs. We firmly believe that excessive profits are not sustainable. Auto parts sales are a long-term business based on cooperation, and what we pursue are stable orders and continuous profits.

2. Sample & Trial Orders

We welcome our customers to test and try our products. The sample price is the current list price (excluding tax), and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination but will not exceed $20.

After your trial, if you place an order of more than 20 units, we will refund the cost of one sample as a token of our appreciation for your trust.

3. Expected arrival time

For most regions, we ship via DHL Express, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days. Including production and preparation time, most orders will be delivered to the customer's hands within 14 days.

4. Customization options are available

We offer our customers custom options, as shown in the picture below. The text on the front of the product can be customized to meet the customer's needs. The packaging box can also be customized according to customer requirements, but a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and corresponding fees are required for the packaging boxes.

6. How to Order

• Please email your requirements to noxsensorexpert@gmail.com.
• We will send you a Proforma Invoice for confirmation once the requirements and price are finalized.
• Remit payment to our bank account.
• We will then proceed with product production and shipping, and provide you with the express tracking number to monitor the progress.
• We will provide you with a Commercial Invoice for customs clearance and tax purposes.
• Goods delivered, check the received products, and confirm the order is complete.

7. Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year product warranty. Faulty products will be replaced or exchanged free of charge. For reliable, long-term partners, we provide a more flexible return and exchange policy.
